Issue/Rationale

Approve the following revised job descriptions:

O-1.1.22-II      Director of Food and Nutrition Services

Minor changes to Required Qualifications.

 

B-1.1.41-II      Coordinator of Purchasing/Warehouse

Title change with Internal Accounts and Accounts Payable  responsibilities added to the position.  Warehouse responsibilities are being deleted.  Bachelor’s Degree added to Required Qualifications and knowledge of current software.  No change in Coordinator II position grade.

 

 B-1.2.46         Coordinator of Accounting and Internal Accounts

Title change with Internal Accounts responsibilities removed from the position.  New responsibilities to include County Travel, P-Cards, Construction Project accountability and maintaining records for Auditors.  No change in Coordinator II position grade.

 



Recommended Action
Approve the job description changes.
